The Family Law Department at TWM was set up in ____ by Charmaine Hast and has expanded during that time to now consist of a team of 12 lawyers and their support staff.

We offer a wide breadth of services to clients and, to accommodate growing need, have spread ourselves throughout 4 of the firm’s offices in Surrey and South London yet, uniquely, continue to act very much as a team.  In any event as a department we consult at any of the offices and make frequent use of the Law Society in Chancery Lane (an excellent coffee base/reading room) which we have free use of.

We are here to protect your interests, with access to the top specialist barristers and the assistance of leading edge technology.

As well as offering the traditional solicitor/client service, members of our Family Department are also qualified mediators and/or collaborative lawyers. As a consequence we are able to offer you the whole range of dispute resolution options within the area of Family Law, helping you select that which is the most appropriate for your particular circumstances.
